We passed 900 downloads since we introduced the book, a great response!  Thank you for your support!  We really hope to reach a thousand downloads by the end of the year.   So please keep referring the book to your family and friends, and of course we love to hear your feedback as well. We had several request for paper book formats. This will be the first thing on our list in the New Year.
